Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At 24/7 Road Service Inc, all payments made for services are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.

By requesting or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not automatic.


2. No Guaranteed Refunds

We do not offer guaranteed refunds for any of the following, including but not limited to:

  • Completed services

  • Partially completed services

  • Dispatch fees

  • Service calls where the technician was dispatched

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, equipment issues, or third parties

  • Situations where service could not be completed due to inaccurate information provided by the customer


3. Discretionary Refunds

If a refund is considered, it will be determined solely by 24/7 Road Service Inc based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Nature of the service provided

  • Time, labor, and resources expended

  • Accuracy of information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Any refund amount, if approved, may be partial or full, as determined exclusively by us.


4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Dispatch fees

  • Emergency or after-hours fees

  • Service call fees

  • Administrative or processing fees


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Denial of future service

  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor disputing the chargeback

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds for services rendered.


6. Payment Method Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, when possible

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors


7. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any part of this Refund Policy does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it at a later time.


8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
